# How to search for Documents that are common to the Clinic

There are multiple ways in which you can search for a Document.

**1.** Documents in the Common Library once uploaded will be accessible from the Patient’s Chart by using the **Print Editor**.

**2.** They can also be searched from **Documents | Library,** by using the **_Document Name or the Document Category._** Once you find the document you need, you can **download, edit** or **delete** it.
