# How to Reset my Password if I forget it.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset it.

**1**. Go to the **Clinicea Sign In Page** and enter your **Sign In ID.** Click the **Forgot your password?** link below the **Sign in** button**.** An email will be sent to you automatically with a link to set up a new Password.

**2**. This is what the Password Reset Email from Clinicea, looks like.

**3**. Once you receive this email, **Click** on the link provided in the email. This will immediately open the **Staff Details** window and you will be prompted to **Change Password.** Enter the desired password and click **Save**. Important thing to remember is that your **password must be at least 6 characters long**.
