# How to prioritize Patients in the Waiting Room

Patients in the Waiting Room can be prioritized in 2 different ways. If you make any changes to the manner in which you want to arrange, it is saved as your preference.

1. **Arrange by Appointment Time**  
This is the default option. It arranges patients in the waiting room, based on their Appointment Time. The patients with the earliest appointment appear at the top.

**2. Arrange by Arrival Time  
**It arranges patients in the waiting room, based on their Arrival Time at the Clinic. The Patient who came in first goes right to the top of the queue.
