# How to find out from where the Appointment was made

An appointment is usually made at the front desk by the receptionist. However, as clinic touch-points with a patient expands, an Appointment can also be made in many other ways.

Appointments can be made from the EMR when Practitioner setups a recall, when assigning a Package – based on preset appointment interval rules, from the Call Center and from Curofic – the online booking Service.

1. If an appointment was booked using **Curofic**, then a

icon against the appointment.

**2.** In order to see the appointment was made using CallBox or for a recall by the Doctor, you just need to open the Appointment Details page and look at the bottom.

**3.** You can also see the source of the appointment under the **Reports | Appointment** Report.
