# How to figure the field details of Data Loaders

                    **Details of Bill Loader**

1.  Service name should be there in name section
    
2.  Service duration should be given on proper format **(Ex: if it’s 20min service then on the duration column it should be 20).**
    
3.  Service tax should be in proper format **(if you want to enter a new tax then it should be entered as ‘Service Tax – 15.0%’ or if you want to use an existing tax then it should be entered as ‘GST18’).**
    
4.  To load the services **Clinic Code** is mandatory.
    
5.  If want to set the service color then the color code should be in proper format **(Ex: #000000)**
