# Getting Started with CRM

Clinicea provides a **Medical CRM** for Clinics, to support Clinic Marketing and Branding activities. We understand the marketing needs of a Clinic and hence have tailor-made a CRM that is very easy, devoid of unnecessary clutter, and where most of your marketing activities can be captured in 1-2 clicks. For the uninitiated, a **CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management.** So the CRM is essentially a repository of Prospects and Potential Clients of the Clinic.
