# How to connect Clinicea with your Zoom account

You can seamlessly connect your Zoom account with Clinicea. Let me show you.

### STEPS

1. Go to **Tools** | **Organization** | select your **Organization |** select **Integrations** under **Preferences** on the **Organization Details** page.

2. This will open the **Integrations** page, where you need to select **Video Call**

3. Select **Zoom** as your video calling provider and click **CONNECT.**

4. Once you click connect, a new tab window will open, while at the bottom of the **Clinicea** tab you will see **"Connecting..."**

5. On the new tab, connect to your **Zoom** **account** by giving your login credentials.

6. Once you login to your **Zoom** **account** successfully, you will get a prompt. Click on the checkbox before "**Allow this app to use my shared access permissions**". Then click on the **Allow** button and you will see the confirmation that **Zoom** is now linked.

7. Now you can close this tab and go back to the previous tab. Click **Refresh.**

8. You are now connected,** and you will see that confirmation. All practitioners who want to do video consultation in the Clinic now will get the option to use zoom, they need to switch on **"Takes Video Consultation"** in their Staff Profile**.**

# How to create a Zoom video appointment in Clinicea

It is very easy to create a Zoom video appointment in Clinicea. Let me show you.

### STEPS

1.  On the **Calendar** page, select the **date and time** to book a video appointment. The **Appointment** page will appear, then select the **Video Appointment** tab and search the **Patient**. After the patient has been searched and selected, you can add a **Service** to the appointment, if required. And finally, click on **Save**.

2.  Now, in order to check that the video appointment is successful, you need to login to your **Zoom** **account** and go to the **Meetings** tab, where in **Upcoming** you will find your video consultation meeting automatically scheduled with the date/day, time, doctor's name, selected service and patient's name.
    
    *Ex: In the screenshot below, the date/day is "Today", time: "02:00 PM - 03:00 PM", doctor's name: "Zoom", selected service: "1A service" and the patient's name: "Johnson Gomes".*

# How to start a Zoom video call inside Clinicea

You can start a Zoom video call inside Clinicea with just a click. Let me show you.

### STEPS

1.  Now, after booking a video appointment with the patient. The next step will be to start the video consultation, for that you need to click on the **booked appointment** on the **Calendar** page in **Clinicea**. The **Appointment** page will appear, where you can click on the **three dots** at the **top right corner**. After that click on **Copy Video Call Link**, which you can share with the patient.

2.  Now, you need to click on the **Make Video Call** button, bordered in red on the **Appointment** page.

3.  After that, the **Video Consultation** page will open, where you need to click on **Start Call** to initiate your video consultation.

4.  Now, click **Open Zoom Meetings** on the dialog shown by your browser. If you don’t see a dialog, click on **Launch Meeting.**

# How to see Zoom video recordings in Clinicea

It is very easy to see Zoom video recordings in Clinicea. Let me show you.

### STEPS

1.  You need to click on the **appointment** of the **patient** on the **Calendar** page in **Clinicea**, after completing your video consultation. The **Appointment** page will appear, where you need to click on **Patient** **Summary**.

2.  A **right-hand side fly-out** will open showing the **patient's summary** in the **Summary** tab. You need to click on the **Others** tab, where in **All Appointments** you will find your completed video appointment with the patient. You just need to click on the **three dots** on the **right side of this appointment** and then click on **View Zoom Recording(s)**.

3.  The **Zoom Recording(s)** page will open up, where you can click on the recording name.

4.  This will download the recording video, which you can view by clicking on it.

# How to disconnect Zoom in Clinicea

Your Zoom account can be disconnected with a single click. Let me show you.

### STEPS

1.  Go to **Tools** | **Organization** | select your **Organization |** select **Integrations** under **Preferences** on the **Organization Details** page.

2.  This will open the **Integrations** page, where you need to select **Video Call**, then on the right side, you just need to click on **DISCONNECT from your Zoom Account**.

3.  **If you disconnect the common clinic account, all of your users, whether using their personal or the common clinic account, will get disconnected.**

# How to setup Zoom video appointment Communication templates in Clinicea

It is very simple to setup the video appointment communication templates in Clinicea. Let me guide you through. 

### STEPS

1.  Go to **Tools** | **Organization** | select your **Organization |** select **Templates** under **Preferences** on the **Organization Details** page.

2.  This will open the **Template** page, where you can click on a particular **Template Name** on the left hand side and then setup or edit the **Template Content** for **SMS** and **Email** on the right hand side.

3.  Now, in the **"Video Appointment SMS Client"** template, you can setup the SMS template with the link of the video consultation : **"[VideoConsultLink]"**, which the client/patient will receive. You can also setup the corresponding Email template for it.

4.  You can setup the **"Video Appointment Reminder SMS Patient"** template for sending a reminder message to the patient/client for the video consultation, with the consultation link : **"[VideoConsultLink]"**. You can also setup the corresponding Email template for it.

5.  Also, in the **"Appointment Second Reminder Patient SMS"** template, you can setup the reminder message to the patient/client with the link **"{VideoAppointmentReminderSMSPatient}"**. This link is of the **"Video Appointment Reminder SMS Patient"** template which contains the actual video consultation link : **"[VideoConsultLink]"** which the patient/client will receive. You can also setup the corresponding Email template for it. Once your templates are setup, you have to finally click on **Save**.
